Wild Horse, Santa Barbara County (California) Pinot Noir 2010

Dec 2, 2012

By Robert Whitley

Very similar to the Central Coast Pinot from Wild Horse, but with a little more oomph. The “Unbridled” Pinot is a savory red, showing nuances of cola and mushrooms, with ripe fruit aromas such as blackberry and cherry. There is a touch of vanillin, and finely integrated tannins. This is a beautiful food wine, and will be for several years to come.
