A wine that speaks much more of rock than of sun, this is so intensely mineral that you can smell the saline edge coming before it even hits your palate, along with an ultra-delicate topnote of fresh white flowers. Light and acidic and ultra-refreshing, with lean, lemony fruit, it shows just enough sweet primary fruit to avoid coming off as austere, with a very prolonged finish marked predominantly by salty mineral notes. Gorgeous, but subtly so.
