The Rasa 2015 Syrah Principa Reserve is expressive and infinitely intriguing. The aromas are an explosive mix of blackberry, blackcurrant with a hint of game on the nose. Voluptuous smoked meat, blackberry, black pepper, dark chocolate, and savory flavors follow. The palate is lush and poised with mouthwatering acidity and smooth tannins. The finish is generous and spicy. Though already showing well, this will improve with another few years in bottle and drink well for another 10 to 15 years.
