This wine needs a long decant to show itself, but it will reward your patience. Blackberry, black cherry, bright vanilla and menthol are present on the nose and in the mouth, with vibrant acidity and a long red fruit finish with a touch of refreshing mint. Lamb or beef dishes will pair beautifully.
