The wine splashes dark and inky from bottle to glass sending a convoluted vinous aroma wafting up into the room. My mouth starts to water. I sip, and sigh with happiness, and then enjoy another sip of this plush, plump Cabernet. It’s a wine that’s luxurious in every sense — texture, taste, fruit, oak, price.
