A blend of Grenache Blanc and Sauvignon Blanc from a vineyard located northwest of the Costières de Nîmes, this somewhat unconventional white tastes compelling. It has plenty of ripe fruit, but also exhibits a distinctive note of minerality, giving it added complexity, especially in the finish.
