Steele, Carneros (Sonoma County, California) Pinot Noir 2014

 Steele consistently produces Pinot Noir from fine sources at prices well below competing brands.  This vintage of Sangiacomo shows cherry, rose and cinnamon aromas with a nice dry earth hint in the background.  The palate is silky and full, with well-integrated translation of the nose elements and a long blooming finish with everything in play.  Drink now with a pork tenderloin.
