With its robust ruby red coloring, medium weight and straightforward fruity flavors, this inexpensive wine is worth seeking out. In addition to its other attributes it is also relatively low in alcohol (12.5%). The wine is made from grapes native to Portugal’s beautiful Douro region — Tinta Roriz, Touriga Franca and Touriga Nacional.
