 Winemaker Bob Lotierzo goes outside the Paso box for this Nebbiolo from Valle de Guadalupe.  It features blueberry and black cherry fruit, moderate oak spice, a plush texture and a long finish where the valley’s signature briny note makes a brief appearance, adding interest to the fruit and spice mix.  Try this with white sauce pasta dishes, paella or medium strength cheeses.
