This is the best Malbec I’ve tasted from the region. Bold, layered aromas and flavors of blackberry, blueberry, meat, brown spice and pepper flood the senses and ride comfortably on supple tannins, finishing long and well knit, slightly emphasizing the pepper and meat notes. Pair with braised short ribs or your best prime rib prep.
