The winery flagship, and a fine representation of what can happen in Southern California when gentle handling is applied. Winemaker Justin Mund does just that here, with easy extraction allowing the savory and fruit characteristics to harmonize, which they do through a lingering finish. My old friend Leon Santoro would be proud. Well done!
