Eberle’s 2016 “Vineyard Selection” Cabernet Sauvignon is lushly textured and richly flavored, with dark, ripe berries and cherries at the forefront of the palate. Oak adds a pleasurable seasoning to the mix, the tannins are pleasingly soft and the finish is generous.
