The aromatic introduction to this appealing Viognier is both citrusy and floral. The wine’s texture shows some of Viognier’s classic weight and viscosity as well as a nicely elusive spark of bitterness. Flavors range from apricot and peach and are backed by a spark of acidity. This nicely balanced white wine would be a good aperitif as well as a tasty accompaniment to salmon or pork dishes.
