Vidal makes for some of the great icewines of the world and this vintage gives a glimpse into why with unctuous peach, mango and spice aromas and flavors that coat the mouth and leave a long, viscous impression where a touch of marzipan joins in. Stilton or other strong cheeses will accent this dessert — nothing sweet to eat, please.
