The estate-grown grapes are hand-harvested then fermented in stainless steel tanks. The resulting Pinot Grigio tastes fresh, zesty and delicately fruity, and is somewhat more structured than the norm for this breed. Refreshing on its own it also serves as a good companion to simple seafood dishes such as steamed shrimp or clams.
