Probably one of the coldest Syrah sites in the state brings us this gorgeous wine, one focused on white pepper, soft cedar spice, black and blueberry fruit, food friendly acidity and proper grip. Like all Syrah should be in California. Is anyone listening? I’d serve this with grilled sausage, lamb, boar, steak — Anything meaty will work.
