Restrained use of new oak works wonders here, allowing bright apple, lemon crème and floral aromas to speak clearly. Those elements arrive on the palate accompanied by rich oak toast that doesn’t intrude, but rather knits the fruit and spice together and pushes them through the finish in style. Fish please!
