Sant’Antonio’s 2018 Amarone della Valpolicella is an example of the modern Amarone profile with more finesse than power. This is a blend headed by 70% Corvina and 20% Rondinella with a nice complexity of flavors from red fruits to savory black fruits and considerable cask notes. It has a long finish accented by supple tannins.
