Famiglia Pasqua’s 2018 Amarone della Valpolicella has warm dark fruit and oak aromas, but with a surprising lilt of lively preserved fruitiness shining through the pleasant dose of barrel notes. It is somewhat jammy in flavors, but not in texture.
