Cortese makes a citrus driven wine that can make a great apertivo or mild seafood pairing, as is the case with this offering from Luca Bosio. Lemon and lime aromas and flavors get a bit of rounding off from subtle pineapple and stone fruit, finishing crisp and mouth-watering. A simply seasoned halibut fillet is just the ticket.
