Stony Hill’s Spring Mountain Chardonnay is a wine that straddles the boundaries of having Burgundy-like structure but yet also the elements of the stereotypical California fruitiness – mellow apples – along with a light richness or toastiness. Fairly full-bodied, it also has nice notes of baking spice to go along with the apple flavors.
