So good. And a testament that Monterey County is about so much more than just Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Here the Pinot Blanc serves to tame the wooly character of cool climate Pinot Gris, letting aromas and flavors of quince, peach, lemon, a little spice shine. Neutral oak serves to polish lively acidity, and the long finish with pleasant fresh lime zest keeps me coming back. Contains 86% Pinot Gris and 14% Pinot Blanc.
