A bold, rich, beautifully ripe expression that doesn’t go over the top. Bright acid keeps it all knit together, and some dill character comes forward in the finish. This is delicious now, but a year or two to fully fold in the oak will pay big dividends. I have tasted a few vintages of this wine, and this is the best one yet.
