Calera’s macro AVA bottling certainly doesn’t skip when it comes to Calera quality, and it comes at a sweet price. A blend of fruit from famed sites – Bien Nacido, Pedregal, Eden Rift, Laetitia, Besson, Solomon Hills, Muns, Gary’s and Flint – it delivers lively dark berry fruit and fall spice with notes of rhubarb and umami. A fine solo sipper, or a pair for the red meat side of the menu.
