A little peanut shell note opens the nose on this Sauvignon Blanc, likely a product of some neutral oak aging. On the palate it is nice and bright and dry, with lemon, lime, a little grass and a little herb. It is quite pleasant when the nose element swirls away. Give it a little decant – yes, it is quite appropriate to decant a white wine – and enjoy with a warm day.
