This limited production Reserve is made entirely from the Orchard House Vineyard, which is planted to Pinot Noir clones #114 and #115. Harvested in late September and wild yeast fermented, the Reserve was barrel aged for 17 months in French oak, 35% new. It responded quickly to aeration to display an aroma of fresh picked strawberries with a floral, rose petal, component to add intrigue. On the palate there is an interplay of berries, pomegranate and spice that work seamlessly together. Silky smooth and round, it finishes with some length and a light dusting of oak spice and tannin adding another layer. 279 cases produced.
