Wines like this seem to beg for adjectives outside the regular descriptors in order to really convey what’s going on in the glass. I’m going with, “confident yet restrained swagger” for this offering. It is complete, and it knows it, but it doesn’t need to shout itself at you to let you know that. It rides the line between old and new school expressions, offering something for everyone. Serve this with your finest meals or the best cheese you can buy.
