Domaine Bousquet has pretty much built its brand in America on wines made from organic grapes and brought to market at extremely affordable prices, and you would be hard put to find a Cabernet that is better at anywhere near this price. It is very satisfying with a lean, but not tart, profile of fresh blackberry flavors and good finishing acidity. Complex? No. Quite enjoyable? Yes.
