The Carricante grape was born on Mount Etna, and it is here, on its native terroir, you will find the most invigorating version — the Duca di Salaparuta 2022 Etna Bianco Lavico. It sees fruit sourced from 600 to 800 meters in elevation on the volcano’s slopes. It opens to aromas and flavors of white peach, apricot, lemon zest, and crushed stones. It has a rich, mouth-coating feel but finishes with mouth-watering acidity. The pronounced minerality completes a beautiful sensory experience.
