No matter how much we like the idea of wines from organic grapes, the wines often come out of the bottle anemic in fruit and structure with only crisp acidity to give them character. Not this Natura Sauvignon Blanc – it is nicely done, with a rounded mouth feel, lots of lime and green kiwi flavors, a hint of herbal spiciness toward the end and a finishing crispness.
