Mount Langi Ghiran, Grampians (Victoria, Australia) Shiraz 2021

 Mount Langi Ghiran’s 2021 Grampians Shiraz is a budget friendly wine that shows well above its price class, with mixed berry fruit complemented by powdery spice and a dash of pepper.  The elements work well with the moderately firm structure, and will show better with an hour or two in the decanter. Serve with something beefy — or something that goes “baaa….”
