Decoy’s 2022 Rosé Wine will satisfy a range of Rosé deployments, from poolside sipper to more serious endeavors, like mixed green salads, fried chicken or even oysters. This wine is nice and dry, with a mix of strawberry and citrus matched by dried bay leaf and white pepper. I am leaning toward oysters as a pairing here.
