If you haven’t ventured past the Pinot Noir side of Sea Smoke’s portfolio, this 2021 Chardonnay is a great place to start. Aromas of quince and dashes of vanilla and spice will draw you in, and solid delivery of that promise on the palate will hold your attention. Everything is in fine balance here, with the creamy texture supporting the fruit and spice mix through a long crisp finish that has powerful push. This is a top flight solo glass, or a fine seafood pairing possibility.
