This white wine is beautifully crisp and savory, with hints of citrus, melon and white pepper. Generous amounts of minerality and acidity add further taste and texture. The wine was fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks — Birgit Eichinger does not distract from the purity of her wine with frivolous sweetness or oakiness.
