Baja is experiencing a rebirth with renewed interest in its potential due to wines like Santos Brujos. Santos Brujos is one of the only certified biodynamic vineyards in Valle de Guadalupe. This 100 percent Tempranillo is effusive with pure fruit and just the right amount of mouthwatering acidity. It slowly opens up in the glass with good depth and complexity. Blackberry and rose petal aromas set up a palate with wood spice, coffee, and cocoa. Undertones of earth add to the intrigue.
