I don’t know that I’ve tasted a Shiraz at this young stage in life before. This one is quite pleasant, with all the textbook characteristics of the variety presented with plush midpalate texture and a bright acid kiss in the finish. Angus burgers, please! A Platinum Award winner at the 2021 San Diego International Wine & Spirits Challenge.
