I’ve loved this wine since the first vintage, and this new one keeps the string alive. Pure lemon oil takes the lead, aromatically and then on the palate, with honeysuckle, nutty notes and subtle stone fruit suggestions joining in. The finish is a little tight at present, but like all of Carol’s wines, this is headed in a great direction. A Platinum Award winner at the 2021 San Diego International Wine & Spirits Challenge.
