Tempranillo Blanco is a Spanish white wine grape that is a mutation of the red Tempranillo variety. It was discovered in Rioja by a wine grower in 1988 and was recognized by the Consejo Regulador (Rioja Regulatory council) in 2007. This surprising wine is both delicate and seductive, with a range of fruit flavors ranging from green apple to peach and pineapple. It impresses also with sparky acidity and freshness as well as salinity and notable acidity.
