The “do no wrong” philosophy at V. Sattui extends into the white portfolio as well as evidenced by this juicy fresh yet zippy, zingy Riesling. I don’t know why the public isn’t demanding more wines like this one – it obvious to me that I’ll continue to bang the drum for domestic Riesling of this high quality for as long as it’s there to pay tribute to. Lemon, lime, stone fruit and stony mineral are melded together so well that they’ll have to pry the glass out of your hand. This is exactly the ticket to get the White Claw crowd to cross over. A Platinum Award winner at the 2021 Monterey International Wine Competition.
