Oak Farm has made a commitment to this variety, and it’s a welcome decision. In this new vintage, the entry is soft, but the tart citrus comes on like gangbusters, freshening the palate for the next bite of food. Lodi is probably the spot where the most experimentation with new to the USA varieties, and this bottle shows that the strategy is paying dividends. Very tasty stuff! Made by Sierra Zeiter.
