Zesty is the calling card in this Pinot Grigio, which in my book is always a plus. There’s just a touch of residual sugar here that fleshes out the midpalate and brightens the lemon and peach notes. It’s all zest on the finish, with no bitterness or sharpness, just pure flavor. Nicely done! A Platinum Award winner at the 2021 Winemaker Challenge International Wine Competition.
