There’s a touch of smoky character to this Cabernet that many will find attractive. It’s present on the nose and in the mouth, and it gives the fruit a little push by contrasting it clearly but not obtrusively. Keep this in mind when pairing, and you’ve got a nicely priced way to get a little something different on your table.
