This winery is undergoing a bit of a renaissance, and they are seemingly intent on sharing the fruits of their labors at budget friendly prices. This plush Cabernet Franc is a real crowd pleaser with rich black cherry, easy oak spice and a kiss of sweet wood on the finish. It’s a fine and flashy grilling partner – I’m leaning toward pork tenderloin with this.
