The Holus Bolus (meaning all at once) coastal-influenced Syrah is lively, elegant, and old-world in style. It offers flavors of dark berries, black pepper, and rosemary that graciously glide across the tongue. It provides additional layers of briny olives and savory herbs that coat the mouth with each sip. This wine drinks beautifully now but will stand the test of time with its excellent acidity and tannin structure. This proves that California vintners can do Syrah as well as anyone.
