If you are into the new school style of Cabernet Sauvignon, this will float your boat. Of course, by “new school” I mean full throttle black fruit, a little ethanol heat, supple tannins and a fruit-driven finish. It’s all here in abundance, and will work beautifully with medium to strong cheeses.
