This tiny winery is a local favorite – always worth a stop when winding through San Diego’s back country. This wine is one of the best I’ve tasted from them, and it delivers solid Bordeaux character. Dusty black fruit, olive, and violet aromas flood the nose, and lead to a palate where firm structure carries the promised flavors into the distance. A true delight, and a fine tribute to Rebelle, the winery’s first vineyard pooch.
