Here is a fine expression of Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc that’s not overblown, but rather finessed into being. Restrained citrus fruit is the calling card here, with lip-smacking acidity letting that quality speak alongside stony mineral notes. This is squarely in the oyster accompaniment zone.
