Breathless Sparkling Wines, Los Carneros (California) 2016

 This higher end Blanc de Noirs bottling will impress most tasters more than the straight non-vintage release, as it offers slightly deeper flavors and softer, more fine-grained bubbles.  Both are excellent, however, and this producer clearly excels in the Blanc de Noirs category, so both are enthusiastically recommended.  A Platinum Award winner at the 2021 Critics Challenge International Wine and Spirits Competition.
