Be Human, Columbia Valley (Washington) Merlot 2018

 This deep red wine is a lusty blend of Merlot (76%), Malbec (11%), Cabernet Sauvignon (9%), and Cabernet Franc (4%).  The resulting wine, which was aged for 18 months in 20% new American Oak barrels, is pleasingly soft and smooth, with palate friendly flavors led by black and blue berries.  Other attributes include medium tannins and a clean, lingering finish.
