Monte Xanic has grown into one of the largest wineries in Mexico. It is located on the northern edge of the Valle de Guadalupe and sits on a bed of granite that, in this blend of Cabernet and Merlot, produces flavors of red fruits, mocha, wood, white pepper, and roasted coffee beans. It is a beautifully balanced wine with a long finish that proves that some of the world’s best Cabernets come from Mexico.
